Labioplasty

Labioplasty is the surgical procedure to repair the labia majora (outer lips), also known as the outer labia, or the labia minora (inner lips), which are located just beneath the labia majora. The labia minora are structures rich in blood vessels and nerve endings, without fat or hair cells, and they are not visible from the outside as they are positioned underneath the labia majora. These structures are constantly moist and consist of two folds that meet in a pliable shape over the clitoris. Anatomically, the labia majora cover the labia minora, meaning the inner lips are not visible from the outside as they are located underneath the outer lips.
